For some reason Shanslin (have I mentioned how much I like that name?) looks like he is about to bite someone in a sadistic manner. Most likely due to the positioning of his head and the smile on his face.
Shanslin also looks like he is about to pounce forward and attack, with the stance of his legs, and how he is gripping that big knife in his lower arms, and the leaned forward posture of his whole upper body.
Lanze looks a lot more relaxed, seeming to me like an Upper Class Gentleman studying the scene. His straight posture makes him appear calm and elevated. Also, having his ankles touching reminds me of Victorian Upper Classes for some odd reason. The furriness of his outfit, and the cane certainly helps with that. :3
Solomon, meanwhile, is probably the creepiest out of the lot, simply due to his thin frame, and glowing yellow eyes. His rather drab colouration makes him appear more subdued, making the bright yellows stand out predominantly. I also like how you have soft touches of yellow on his hand, scarf and sleeve.
However, one thing that bugs me is the flatness of Shanslin's and Lanze's fur. It seems extremely smooth, with not depth. This is probably just due to your style of colouring, but maybe if you added some jagged edges to your shading marks, instead of making them all smooth, which would help show that they are furry?
Other then that, very nice picture indeed! Shanslin is so glowy.
